We work with small-scale producers, most of whom practice organic farming, allowing us to stay close to the land, the people, and the integrity of the tea.

Some are officially certified, while others follow organic principles without formal certification.

Our teas come from established tea-producing regions in China and are processed and packaged at origin.

All production and packaging steps comply with applicable European Union food safety and import regulations.

We focus exclusively on whole-leaf teas, with no added flavorings or aromas.

Working with whole leaves allows the tea’s natural character, structure, and origin to be tasted more clearly in the cup.

Teas should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from light, heat, and strong odors.

Once opened, green teas are particularly sensitive and should be kept carefully sealed.

In warm or humid climates, refrigeration is recommended to preserve freshness.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.

In case of exceptional circumstances (logistics, inventory, or other constraints), we will contact you promptly to inform you of the expected shipping date.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Unused products may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
